Getting Started

Your First Weeks at Oconomowoc CrossFit

1. Book a No-Sweat Intro

Sit down with a coach for a quick, pressure-free conversation about your goals, training history, and schedule. We will help you choose the best path to get started.

2. Learn the Movements

We will introduce you to the foundational lifts, positions, and conditioning movements at your pace so you feel confident, safe, and ready to train in our classes.

3. Join the Community

Start attending classes, follow the program, and get to know the members training alongside you. Your coaches will keep adjusting and pushing you as you get stronger.
